Cancellation or re-scheduling by customer due to any reason will require a two week notification period prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a refund of any payments made. No refunds will be made should cancellation be made within the two week period prior to the course date. At the time of cancellation or re-booking, MSJL Training reserves the right to retain full payment from customers. Any re-scheduling requests within 2 weeks of the regularly scheduled course date will automatically incur a $50 administrative fee.
Subsequent re-bookings may be subject to a $50 administrative fee. In addition to monies paid.
Any courses booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time of course commencement must be paid for immediately by money order, cash or certified cheque payable to MSJL Training. MSJL Training accepts no credit, debit or non-certified cheque payments when courses are booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time of course commencement.
If payment has been made and training is cancelled by MSJL Training, the option of a full refund or rescheduling will be provided to the customer. MSJL Training session cancelled or shortened by unforeseen emergencies, include but are not limited to fire, flood, severe storms, serious injury or other 'Act of God', may resume or continue on another date at the sole discretion of MSJL Training.
In cases where MSJL Training has received incorrect billing or credit card account information which delays processing and delivery, MSJL Training will attempt to contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible. If MSJL Training cannot contact the customer after its initial attempt, MJSL reserves the right to cancel your booking until such time as full payment has been received.
